EGC Ryzen Cluster Issue with ryzen11

We are currently experiencing a downtime of Ryzen 11, therefore the following services are currently unavailable: Nextcloud, Gameserver, Plesk and KVM Server, which are located on Ryzen 11.

We are already working intensively to solve the problem.

  • A Hard reboot fixed the system. Servers are up again.

    EGC Xeon Gold Cluster Issues gold3.eq7

    We are currently experiencing issues on Gold3.EQ7, we are already looking into it.

  • A disk has failed. The VMs are starting now and should be up in a couple of minutes.

  • Gold1-4 are now in operation, the mass start is being carried out. The mainance is completed.

  • Gold1 and Gold2 are already up again. KVM can be started by the user, we will do a mass start once all 4 hosts are back.

  • All KVM servers on gold1-4 are now being shut down.
