We are currently experiencing an outage of the EGC site. All servers in the EQ7 datacenter are unaffected.
We will update as soon as updates are available.

Von dieser Wartung sind alle Server im EGC betroffen. Mit Ausnahme von dedizierten Servern beginnend mit flash-.
Da wir nun leider vom weiterhin schlechten Service vom EGC beeinflusst sind, verschieben wir den Umzug um 2 Monate nach vorne und ziehen am 14.09.2024 um.
Die Wartung startet am 14.09.2024 um 0 Uhr und geht bis 4 Uhr. Es ist möglich, dass Server bereits vorher wieder erreichbar sind. Wir werden entsprechend auf unserer Statusseite informieren, sobald alles wieder online ist.

Alle betroffenen Kunden erhalten ebenso noch E-Mails. Das Ganze dauert bedauerlicherweise etwas, wir gehen aber davon aus, dass in den nächsten Tagen damit zu rechnen ist.

All servers in the EGC are affected by this maintenance. With the exception of dedicated servers starting with flash-.
Since we are now unfortunately affected by the continued poor service from EGC, we are shifting the move forward by 2 months and will move on 14.09.2024.
Maintenance will start on 14/09/2024 at midnight and continue until 4am. It is possible that servers will be available again before then. We will inform you accordingly on our status page as soon as everything is back online.

All affected customers will also receive emails. Unfortunately, this will take some time, but we expect it to be completed within the next few days.

We are also in talks with the tornado Datacenter to move earlier to the new dc. More information will follow in a Postmortem.

The DC has said that the will have restored power in around 30 minutes.
As far as we can see only xeon,epcy, helios dedis and ryzen gen3 is affected. We will keep you updated.
We have again a powerloss in the dc. We are waiting for more updates.

We again see a full loss of connectivity to our egc location. The DC is informed and is checking the situation.

The Datacenter has confirmed that it should be stable at the moment. All Servers are Starting at the moment, this can take a bit.

EGC IPv4 Connection was not available between 4:48 and 4:57 Europe/Berlin. The issue was most likely do to an upgrade or change from combahton, we are not 100% sure about that, as you can find no details on that on the Combahton status page.
As far as we can see, IPv6 was not affected.
The Host is currently not reachable. As our management tunnel goes via that host, you are currently not able to manage servers in the eq7 location. (All other hosts are online)
