Issue with apollo4.eq8.fra.datalix.de

We are currently investigating another issue with another apollo node. The platform has now been deemed as not stable and sale of new servers has been stopped until we find a solution for the issue.

We are working hard to get the node stable and up again.

  • We seem to have found the issue. Vms are up again, but not yet 100% stable, fix still needs to be applied.

  • We now seem to have fixed the issue. The Node is stable for 1:30. Some customers are still being migrated to the node. All Customers have been given 10 days of runtime.

    If it fails again, we will update this incident.

    TornadoDC Ipv4 Downtime

    We currently see a full drop of ipv4 traffic in the tornadodc. Ipv6 seems to work fine. Waiting on info from provider.

  • Traffic switched manually to combahton as backup. Automatic switchover did not seem to work as expected.

    Our monitoring has reported an issue with apollo3.eq8.fra.datalix.de. We are currently checking the system.

  • Vms have been started again and migrated to another host. The customers affected by this have been credited with 4 days of runtime.

  • The server has a hardware failure, we need to replace some parts. ETA is 2 hours.
