The customers affected by this have been credited with 4 days of runtime.
The server has a hardware failure, we need to replace some parts. ETA is 2 hours.

Issue with KVM queue system
After some changes made to the queue system, some of the workers did not work properly and most queues got stuck.
The issue is now fixed and all stuck tasks are being executed.
