issue plesk1.datalix.de
The host where our Plesk host is on has stopped responding to any commands. A technician is on his way to check the server.
We will update you here once we know any more details.
Server is up again.
Do to an issue while migrating, we need to restart the plesk server once.
Postmortem:
Plesk1.datalix.de was migrated to our new host, ryzen11. The host is meant for the Plesk and game host.
The server was tested before we migrated the Plesk server over.
As soon as we migrated the Plesk server to ryzen11 we saw weird crashing and tried to migrate it back to ryzen20. Sadly, the system then crashed and needed us to go to the DC and check what the issue was. As far as we can see, the issue is in the backplate of the Supermicro chassis. The Plesk server has for now been migrated back to ryzen20, while we wait for new parts for ryzen11.
As all the migrations are live, the migration back to ryzen11 will be without downtime.
Migration has been done, plesk should be stable again.
Plesk ist up again, we are now migrating the server to a different host.
