EGC Down

The EGC Datacenter has lost all connectivity. Combahton Interxion seems to be down.

EQ7 Servers are not effected.

  • Issues seems to be fixed, egc is back online.

  • Update from Combahton: "It appears to be a power issue at Interxion, causing the downtime of our FRA16 POP. Trouble ticket is open and on-site on it's way."

    EQ7 Down

    We currently see some connection issues to our server located in the EQ7 Datacenter.

    Currently the following servers are not reachable by us:

    gold2.eq7.fra.datalix.de

    vhost3.eq7.fra.datalix.de

    We will update as soon as we know anything new.

  • The networking seems to be stable on all hosts now.

  • gold2 and vhost3 are up again.

    gold4 has now a network issue and is not reachable. We are still waiting on more info from the provider.

  • We have an update from our provider in the EQ7 DC: "After configuring a new GRE tunnel customer, the show int gr-XXX command triggered both FPCs to reboot. The stack came up again two minutes later.

    The issue seems to be related to virtual chassis. "

    We are still waiting on an update when the two servers will be up again.

    ryzen1.egc.fra.datalix.de down

    Ryzen1.egc.fra.datalix.de has failed, we are currently on the way to the dc to swap the board.

  • The board has been swapped and the system is up again.
