Monitoring has reported xeon14 beeing down. We are checking the issue.
We identified the cause of the incident: a poorly trained technician appears to have accidentally pressed the server’s power button.
Because these servers are hosted in a shared colocation environment within AS203446’s racks, we do not have direct control over who can physically access the racks.(All Xeon 1-20 are) We have communicated our concerns about the situation to AS203446, and they have acknowledged and received our feedback.
All VMs up again.
Vms are starting up again, cause not yet clear. System seems to have just shutdown.
