The host seems to have fully frozen, after a hard reset, it is up again.
Our Monitoring reported the server down around 20 Minutes ago, after checking some tickets, we where made aware that this issue happened way earlier. We are not jet sure why the monitoring either did not flag it as down or what the exact issue was, we are still investigating this on our side.
All Customers that are on that node where credited with 7 days of runtime.
